Outreach and engage with the right decision makers through Stotles Contacts.

Leverage our key stakeholder contact information within Stoles to help with one to many campaigns or personalised stakeholder outreach.

 

Steps to conduct a one to many outreach campaign (marketing use case):



1. Utilising buyer lists, review which list you want to use to start searching for their contacts.  

2. Select Contacts on the left-hand side panel. 

    • Open filters on the right side and select the chosen buyer list.
    • Filter from the function drop down to show the different types of roles. 
    • This can be exported into CSV/XML.

Personalised Stakeholder Outreach (sales use case):


1. Find a relevant notice and review the associated buyer profile
    • Select the contacts section in the buyer profile to show the key contact.
    • Click on the Generate outreach button and to leverage AI to generate email. 

Top Top: If you are unable to find the contacts you require, select the request contact button at the bottom of the page.

 

Adding buyers to opportunity and generating outreach: 

 

1. Select Chosen opportunity from the opportunity tab
    • Collate all useful information such as notice information, documents, frameworks and contact information into one opportunity view.
    • Go to the contacts section of the opportunity and select generate outreach to use AI to start reaching out to your chosen contact.
