Build, progress, track and share your Opportunity all from one single source of truth
Once you have created an Opportunity, you'll want to do further research to build your knowledge of the buyer's priorities. This ensures you're in the strongest possible position to engage with the right people, at the right time, with the right information.
The more insights you have attached, the more informed you are about the Opportunity before you push it to your CRM and begin outreach

Step by step breakdown
Notices
If you have created an Opportunity from a notice, the notice will already appear here
Adding an open tender or upcoming contract expiry:
1. Click 'Find Notices'
2. Follow the steps in this help article on how to filter for relevant notices
Buyers
If you have created an Opportunity from a notice, the buyer will already be populated with the buyer from the notice.
1. Click 'Find Buyers'
2. This will load up our 'find buyers' feature
3. Search for buyers by either
a. Typing a specific buyer's name into the search bar
b. Filtering the buyers for your target market by clicking 'filters', then 'buyer type'
c. Filtering the buyers for your key accounts by clicking 'filters', then 'buyer lists'
4. Once you've found a buyer to add, click 'save'
5. The Opportunity panel will open on the right
6. Select the Opportunity you'd like to add it to (the most recent Opportunity you've been in will appear at the top of the list)
Contacts
1. Click 'Find Contacts'
2. This will load up our 'buyer contacts' feature
3. This will be pre-filtered for all contacts within the buyer that's already attached to the Opportunity
4. Search for contacts by either
a. Typing a job title in the search bar
b. Filtering by Function to find people in the right role
c. Filtering by Seniority to find people of the right level
5. Once you've found a contact to add, click 'save'
6. The Opportunity panel will open on the right
7. Select the Opportunity you'd like to add it to (the most recent Opportunity you've been in will appear at the top of the list)
Suppliers
If you have created an Opportunity from a notice, the supplier will already be populated with the supplier from the notice.
1. Click 'Find Suppliers'
2. This will load up our 'find suppliers' feature
3. Search for suppliers by either
a. Typing a specific supplier's name into the search bar
b. Filtering for your competitors by clicking 'My competitors'
c. Filtering for your partners by clicking 'My partners'
4. Once you've found a supplier to add, click 'save'
5. The Opportunity panel will open on the right
6. Select the Opportunity you'd like to add it to (the most recent Opportunity you've been in will appear at the top of the list)
Documents
1. Click 'Find Strategic & Planning Documents'
2. This will load up our 'documents' feature
3. This will be pre-filtered for all documents published by the buyer that's already attached to the Opportunity
4. Search for documents by either
a. Typing a specific document name using the search bar
b. Filtering for certain document types
5. Once you've found a document to add, click 'save'
6. The Opportunity panel will open on the right
7. Select the Opportunity you'd like to add it to (the most recent Opportunity you've been in will appear at the top of the list)
Frameworks
1. Click '+ Add frameworks'
2. This will load up our 'frameworks' feature
3. This will be pre-filtered for all frameworks the buyer that's already attached to the Opportunity is on
4. Search for frameworks by either
a. Typing a specific framework's name using the search bar
b. Filtering the frameworks by more detailed criteria
5. Once you've found a framework to add, click 'save'
6. The Opportunity panel will open on the right
7. Select the Opportunity you'd like to add it to (the most recent Opportunity you've been in will appear at the top of the list)
Details
Stage:
Use the stage to progress the Opportunity through your pipeline and share your progress with your teammates.
Click on the arrow to the right of 'stage' to open the drop down options for which stage to move it to.
Assigned:
The Opportunity will automatically be assigned to yourself when you create it, but if you'd like to transfer it to one of your team mates you can.
Click on the arrow to the right of 'assigned' to open the drop down of your colleagues names.
Value:
The value of the Opportunity will be pre-populated with the contract value from the notice if you've created it from an upcoming expiry.
If you want to edit the value, click on the number itself, and type in the new value.
Close:
To edit the close date, click on the date itself which will open a calendar. Use the calendar to pick a new date, or type the date into the text bar.
Set a reminder:
If you want to remind yourself about this Opportunity in the future, perhaps because the close date is a while in the future and you want regular touch points to nurture the opportunity, you can click 'set a reminder'.
This will sync with your calendar, and send you a reminder on the date you choose.
Delete opportunity:
If you decide this Opportunity is no longer relevant, you can delete it from your Opportunities view by clicking the three dots to the right of the 'set a reminder' button.
