The opportunity object is a great space to manage your opportunities before you declare them as official pipeline in your CRM.

Lets get started:
Method 1 - Notices, Buyers, Suppliers, Documents and Contacts
1. Click "Expiring Contracts" on your dashboard view Or Click "Notices" in the sidebar to navigate to the Notices module.
2. Find a relevant Tender Notice or Upcoming Expiry that you wish to turn into an Opportunity.
3. Click the "Save" Button under the Qualification Column.
Alternatively, Click on the "Notice Title".
Next click the "Save" button at the top right hand side of the pop out side bar when viewing a notice.
4. Click "Create New Opportunity" in the pop out side bar
5. Edit the Opportunity details in each field by clicking inside each box.
6. Click "Create" at the bottom of the page to generate the new opportunity.
7. Click "View Opportunity" to open the generated New Opportunity.
This method can be used for all the following data types, Notices, Buyers, Suppliers, Documents, Contacts. Use Steps 3 to 7 once you decide to create an opportunity from a relevant data point.
Method 2 - Opportunities
1. Click "Opportunities" in the sidebar to navigate to the Opportunities module.
2. Click "Create Opportunity" at the Top Right Hand Corner of the Page.
3. Edit the Opportunity details in each field by clicking inside each box.
4. Click "Create" to generate the new opportunity.
5. Click "View Opportunity" to open the generated New Opportunity.
