Qualification is the most important process in building your pipeline. It is essential to keep track of the stage of your tenders to ensure that all new opportunities are being followed up and progressed. This ensures that you maintain structure to your workflow, and provides visibility across your team.
A typical positive qualification process follows the following stages

Relevant > In review > Bid prep> Bid submitted > Won
This flow can be followed within the Stotles platform. The qualification stage of opportunities can be adjusted in your main feed by hovering over the qualification column, or within the opportunity page (as in the video above). To track the stage of tenders you have qualified you can filter by qualification stage, or go to the 'My Notices' tab in which you can review by Stage, Assignee or Notice list.
