Identifying the right Frameworks

Identify & qualify which Frameworks you should be on with Stotles.


  1. Identify relevant frameworks

      • Click on the Frameworks tab on the left-hand side of the page.
      • Filter the results by Keywords, Procurement Stage & Contract dates so you are looking at relevant frameworks, currently live due to expire from today onwards.
  2. Qualify the framework of interest

      • Click into the Framework of interest and select the overview tab to review the details about this Framework, the scope of work, total value & Lots.
  3. Research awarded suppliers

      • Click the Suppliers tab and filter by “Suppliers” or “Lots” To understand the competitive landscape and which potential partner can give you access to this Framework.
      • Review Call-offs and click the Call-off number to inspect the underlying awards.
  4. Research active buyers
      • Navigate to the Buyers and filter down with buyer characteristics like your Target Accounts, Territories or buyer type.
      • Review buyers who have used this Framework as a way to understand who uses this Framework as a route to market.
  5. Research Call-off notices


      • Navigate to the Call off notices tab.
      • Filter by “Keywords” and sort by “Signal score” to qualify if there is enough relevant business in this Framework to justify getting on the next.
  6. Action qualification decision

      • Once you've qualified the Framework, save it as an opportunity or click “Reminder” at the top right to save a calendar reminder to ensure you do not miss its expiry.
