The Open Opportunities view shows you all notices linked to your signal settings that are currently open for tender. You can refine your results using filters. Learn how to filter and save new views here.

The ‘Open opportunities’ view makes qualifying a tender in / out as simple as possible by highlighting core tender details and immediate actions in your results table. These include:

  • Signals - understand why a record has been captured in your results

  • Title & Buyer - usually an initial indication of the scope of the tender and who is running the procurement

  • Stage - understand whether it is an ‘open’ (i.e. live) or ‘pre-tender’ (i.e. future) procurement notice

  • Qualification - manage your engagement with an opportunity from ‘Follow up’ and ‘Bid submitted’ or to remove the tender from everyone’s views with ‘Not relevant’

    • Tip: Select “hide from me” if you only want to remove an open tender from your views and not affect your colleagues’ views

  • Assignee - tag yourself or a colleague to the notice, creating a notification when another user interacts with it.

If you need more information about the opportunity before you’re ready to make a decision, you can learn more by clicking on the relevant row to open a slide out with more granular details - including:

  • See source documents - go to the original procurement notice where you may find additional documents / information about the existing contract

  • Description - an overview of the products / services included in the agreement

  • Timeline - see when a contract was awarded / started / ends

  • Buyer information - see basic buyer details, including procurement history.

Now that you have all of the details, it is time to take action:

  • Assignee - assign a notice to yourself or anyone in your team and they’ll be notified about any in-app amendments made to that record

    • Tip: Check out who you can collaborate with in Stotles.

  • Qualification - select relevant/not relevant and continue down the qualification route

  • Hide for me - remove a record from your view but without removing it for your team

  • Add to list - save notices that you’ll want to revisit into customisable lists that can be shared with your team.

  • Comment - leave yourself a note for later, or open dialogue with your team by @’ing them in the notice comments - they’ll automatically be notified that you have something to say.
