Identify and qualify upcoming contract expiries

Streamline lead generation with Stotles' automated views. Quickly assess opportunities, collaborate with your team, and take decisive actions to drive successful bids with easy access to key contract data.

Stotles takes the pain out of proactive lead generation by doing the heavy lifting for you. Previously awarded contracts will automatically be captured by your customisable Stotles views, so all you need to do is qualify opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to take the next step towards a successful bid.

With immediate access to key data points in your default views, you can quickly assess the relevance of an opportunity using:

  • Signal Score- explains why an award is in your view linking to your signal settings keywords and shows the relevance of an opportunity, with 3 being the highest relevance and 1 being the lowest.

  • Title & buyer - snapshot into the opportunity (title) and the prospective customer (buyer)

  • Expiry date - published contract end date

  • Value - total contract value as reported by the buyer

  • Suppliers - direct recipient(s) of the contract award

  • Qualification - update qualification status so you know where you want to revisit

    • Tip: Marking a notice as ‘Not relevant’ will remove the record from your view - but don’t worry, you can still access it via All views > Disqualified records

If you need more information about the existing contract before you’re ready to make a decision, you can learn more by clicking on the relevant row to open a slide out with more granular details - including:

  • See source documents - go to the original procurement notice where you may find additional documents / information about the existing contract

  • Description - an overview of the products / services included in the agreement

  • Timeline - see when a contract was awarded / started / ends

  • Buyer information - basic buyer details, including procurement.

Now that you have all of the details, it is time to take action:

  • Assignee - assign a notice to anyone in your team and they’ll be notified about any in-app amendments made to that record

    • Tip: Check out who you can collaborate on the My Team page in Stotles

  • Qualification - update by selecting ‘Follow up’ or ‘Not Relevant’

    • Tip: Once you've engaged/qualified the notice it will be automatically assigned to you. This can be changed by using the drop-down and selecting another colleague's initials.

  • Hide for me - remove a record from your view but without removing it for your team

  • Add to list - save notices that you’ll want to revisit into customisable lists that can be shared with your team or exported into Excel

  • Share via email - contract award notice pages are visible to anyone, even if they don’t have a Stotles account - simply enter their email and a short message then hit send

  • Comment - leave yourself a note for later, or open dialogue with your team using ‘@’ to tag them in the notice comments - they’ll automatically be notified that you have something to say.
