Managed Service Credits can be used to conduct deeper analysis using the Stotles Data.
Locating answers to your questions using Stotles can sometimes be a daunting task. This is where our managed services, available through the Expert subscription, come into play. If you encounter a question that is difficult to answer on your own, managed service credits enable you to seek assistance from our expert team, helping you fill in any gaps in your knowledge.
- Custom TAM (Total Addressable Market) Analysis: For custom requests to answer a thematic question about the market e.g. ”what is my Total Addressable Market”, “which frameworks are of strategic importance to my team next year”, “Is there an increasing trend towards cloud vs on-prem in Blue Light?”
- Custom Briefings: For deep dives into an object in Stotles e.g. an Account, a competitor, a partner or a framework. This information is tailored to each client, their needs and market.
- FOI Requests: Ask Stotles to submit an FOI to reduce the likelihood of exemptions due to commercial advantages.
To request a Custom Buyer Briefing open a Buyer Profile and select the ‘Get Account Briefing’ button. You can also request a Briefing direct from your CSM who will ask some questions about the request to gather additional information.
For TAM Analysis and Custom briefings other than a Buyer briefing you will need to contact your CSM to request the briefing. For TAM Analysis you may be required to answer a series of scoping questions with your CSM to fully understand the requirement. For FOI requests you will need to provide a list of questions you would like answered by the organisation.
Once complete you can find your briefings under "Reports" and "Custom Briefings" in the side bar. Select "View" to open the briefing itself.
