How to send notices to CRM

Send notices to your CRM

Send from notice details:

  1. When you click on a notice, the details panel should open on the right.

  2. Here you should see a send to button sending to the CRM you are connected to. Click on this button.

  3. A pop up should then appear where you can populate the required fields that appear within your CRM.

  4. Once the fields are field in, click the Create button in the bottom right corner.

  5. When the notice has successfully sent you will be able to view the notice by clicking on the View in CRM button in the details page or within the row of the notice sent.

Send from the notice row:

  1. Within the row of the notices, when you hover a row notice the logo of your integrated CRM should appear. To send the notice to your CRM, click on the button.

  2. A pop up should then appear where you can populate the required fields that appear within your CRM.

  3. Once the fields are field in, click the Create button in the bottom right corner.

  4. When the notice has successfully sent you will be able to view the notice by clicking on the View in CRM button in the details page or within the row of the notice sent.
