Buyer profiles allow you to dive deeper into the existing supplier relationships and strategic priorities of a public sector buyer from a single source to identify where their priorities align with your products and services.

The cards at the top of the profile enable you to quickly access relevant information for the buyer:

  • Notices - see all relevant procurement notices published and awarded by the named buyer that match your signal settings

  • Upcoming Expiries - see all relevant upcoming contract expiries from the named buyer that match your signal settings

  • Open Opportunities - shows all relevant open tender and pre-tender notices published by the named buyer that match your signal settings

  • Partners - surface insights into partners monitored in your signal settings where they have been directly awarded a contract by, or mentioned in a procurement notice, by the named buyer

  • Competitors - identify where competitors monitored in your signal settings have been directly awarded a contract by, or mentioned in a procurement notice, by the named buyer

Summary:

  • Gives visibility into top level priorities through upcoming contract expiries and historic procurement activity. Click on the interactive chart to access the underlying contract award data.

  • Upcoming contract expiries are organised by CPV code sector to display upcoming priorities and requirements for the buyer.

  • Historical procurement activities are organised by CPV code sector to display recent investments by value and volume.

Contacts:

  • Identify key decision makers in target buyer to:

    • Conduct targeted outreach within specific public sector buyer organisations.

    • Construct broader campaigns across the sector to build awareness amongst potential customers.

Procurement activity:

  • Get quick access to all historic and current procurement activity, including tenders, pre-tenders and contract award notices.

  • Based on your signal settings, the most relevant notices will be highlighted at the top of your list. Click on the column headings to re-sort the list.

Suppliers:

  • Gain insight into existing supplier relationships to identify potential partner / competitors, with a list of all suppliers previously directly awarded contracts by that buyer.

  • Suppliers monitored in your signal settings are surfaced at the top of the list, as well as suppliers with awards that mention your keyword signals. Highlights engagement with named partners and competitors and direct awards between them and the buyer.

Documents:

  • View key documents published by a specific buyer including strategy documents, annual reports and budgets in a single source.

  • Keyword highlighting driven by your signal settings will help you to save time and identify the most relevant information throughout the document.
