The ‘Upcoming contract expiries’ view is filtered to show all previously awarded contracts that match your signal settings and are due to expire from “Today” (a dynamic date).

Click on “All filters” to further refine these results using key data points like:

  • Signals

    • create views based on the market signals you’re monitoring the market for.

  • Saved buyers

    • refine results to only show those related to your saved buyers / key accounts.

  • Buyers

    • filter results for activity linked to a specific buyer (i.e. Home Office).

  • Buyer types

    • filter results for activity linked to a specific type of buyer (i.e. Central Gov).

  • Expiry date

    • filter results to show contracts expiring within a specific timeframe (i.e. from 6 months to 2 years from today).

Below are some examples of how you can use the different filter options:

Filter by ‘Buyers’

  • To identify contracts awarded by a specific buyer, type in the buyer name and select them from the drop down list that appears.

    • Note: a buyer name will only show up in the drop down list if they have published at least one record (i.e. tender or award) that matches any of your signal settings.

  • This will create a view that can be used to inform account / go to market planning.

Filter by ‘Signals’ > Keywords

  • To identify awarded contracts relevant to the products / services offered by your business, select all keywords or specific keywords using the toggle and check boxes.

  • This will create a view that can be used to help build the audience (i.e. list of relevant buyers) for a thematic marketing campaign.

Filter by ‘Signals’ > Competitors

  • To identify competitor contracts that are due to expire, select all competitors or specific competitors using the toggle and check boxes.

  • This will create a view that can be used to understand where there are opportunities to potentially replace a competitor at expiry / renewal of an existing contract.
